You are such a criminal mastermind. I'm sure that account will not get blown to bits within 2 days after you announcing it like everybody else who tries this... ;p

On a more serious note: If you did not knowingly copy the song in question, you can fill out the appeal form and (hopefully) just get 'un-banned' - instead of digging yourself into a deeper hole.
Just do _not_ click "close appeal".

Belive me, i tried make an appeal. And waited hopefully
Nothing changed since so. :(

@dj-Lumia I want to give you the benefit of the doubt, but I know next to nothing about the production process. Chances are that you used a licensed loop that your work 'Popsip - Electric Dancer RMX' shares with 'Wait 4 Me' by Lucas MSC.

First: Double-check if your appeal is closed or not. If it is not closed, you'll just have to wait.

I could discuss the specifics of this all day with you and we wouldn't be able to get any closer to the solution. Your best chance would be to ask for forgiveness. But you cannot do that if you do not know what you did wrong. So you should figure out what went wrong on your own.

My advice:
Read the ToS of the program you used as well as from the place where your samples came from. If neither of them mentions 'licensing fees/royalties' or other legal factors, you'll have to approach the Audio Portal Moderation more directly. But knowing what went wrong before engaging them will leave an infinitely better impression.

As far as I can tell, the Audio Portal Moderators believe in reform, but they will not give you a second chance immediately if they had to worry that you were to make the same mistakes immediately after they un-banned you. The "easiest" way to prove that you will do better would be to compose one or two tracks that do not break the rules, host them elsewhere and send the link(s) to a moderator. But as I illustrated above: first you'd have to find out why your song was matched to the other one...

I hope this made the issue sufficiently clear - because I am unable to describe it in any more detail. ;)
